Jonines vietiniai minės birželio 23-iosios vakarą, maždaug tuo metu, kai Šiaurės pusrutulyje būna ilgiausia diena ir trumpiausia naktis. Yra paprotys per Jonines spėti orą. Esą, jei Joninių naktis žvaigždėta, tai Kalėdos bus šaltos ir sniegingos.
Tikimės, kad žvaigždės nušvies šią naktį Vilniaus centre, o mes, visi kartu, ieškosime paparčio žiedo.

Locals are going to celebrate St. John's day in the evening of 23rd of June. It‘s around the time of the longest day and shortest night in the Northern hemisphere. It is customary to guess the weather on that day. If St. John's night is starry, then Christmas will be cold and snowy.
We hope that the stars will light up that night in the center of Vilnius, and we, all together, will look for a fern flower!
And to make the night full of excitement and good mood - we will extend the working hours until 4 o'clock in the morning!
