Marc Brian Lim, better known as Brian, is an experienced leader himself: he was elected as a City Councilor of Dagupan City in 2010, then in 2013 - as Vice Mayor of the City of Dagupan.
Since 2007, he serves as the CEO of a family-owned Magic Group of Companies.
In his career in JCI he has multiple times been awarded for outstanding achievements and has led JCI Philippines to prosperity.
As JCI President, Brian believes that beyond working together, we must also learn how to work through disagreements, conflicts and different opinions—this is what it means to be a leader.
