ARMA17, kaip judėjimas, ir drauge viso judėjimo istorija iš esmės yra pogrindinės, oficaliajai priešingos, Maskvos sinonimas. Prieš 8 metus sudegė pirmoji klubo lokacija, prieš trejus naujoji buvo priversta užsidaryti, o daugelis kitų bandymų turtinti Rusijos sostinės naktį ir jų malšinimas, matyt, bus įrašyti į vadovėlius. Šiandien daug sėkmingiau, nei namuose, Arma17 veikia svetur. Kijeve, Londone, Berlyne, Stambule. O dabar pirmąkart Vilniuje. Rezistentai mums patinka. Metas išgirsti, kaip jie skamba. Visi keturi artistai - iš Arma17 namų.

The club-turned-movement called Arma17 represents the cultural opposition of noctural Moscow. In 2009, a fire destroyed the original club, and in 2014, the new location was also closed for good. A lot of attempts to nourish the nightlife of Russian capital have been, to put it simply, confined, so at the moment the movement is much busier outside of Russia than at home. Events by Arma17 have been thrown in places like Kyiv, London, Istanbul and Berlin; time for Vilnius, right? Musically, all of the four artists of the night, travelling together from Moscow, represent what Arma17 stands for and is about.
